If you are interested in joining MVS and working from your home, please submit our online form and review duties and requirements. To be put on our waiting list for upcoming projects, you must fill our online form out completely. You will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted when and if a project that fits your experience comes up.There are NO FEES for our services! To join our team, submit the form requesting an application. Please be considerate that we have had a tremendous amount of responses and will get to you as soon as possible. We suggest that you respond immediately to our emails to ensure you are accepted as soon as a project is available.

MVS is a virtual office workplace. Our VA's and Telemarketers telecommute from their home where they complete assignments via Fax, mail, phone, email and the Internet. Our  screening process ensures that we recruit employees who are dependable, Self Starters, Multi Taskers, and are experienced and accurate.

How the process Works: 

MVS will usually refer you to work on a temporary basis or trial period for various employers when projects arise that match your skills and abilities. Projects are matched based on availability, skills, and references. You can decline any assignment. You work as much or as little as you like. However, our Star Virtual Assistants or any Certified assistant or an Assistant with outstanding skills, and experience will always be matched with most projects first.

Qualifications to work with MVS..

You must have a complete home computer system that includes a printer, modem, fax machine, unlimited long distance landline phone, and Internet access. Your computer must be a newer model with plenty of storage space. Voicemail and faxing (sending and receiving) capabilities is HIGHLY suggested. You must be fully equipped to work online. Some exceptions can be made.

VA's and Telemarketers MUST be professional and have excellent references (we will check them!) Prior administrative pr telemarketing experience is also usually required. We prefer applicants that are familiar with Instant Messaging software, file attachments and Paypal. We only refer the best to hiring employers and our clients so make sure your resume and references are top-notch. VA education and experience, or referred by one of our hiring partners will receive first consideration. Telemarketers with 3+ years expereince in B2B calls will also receive first consideration.

There are two ways to apply to be on the waiting list...

1) Fill our online form out requesting to be put on our waiting list, and what kind of work you are looking for or

2) Send us an email with attached Resume in word format. In subject line put " Waiting list request" and in the body of the email tell us about yourself and what you are interested in doing.

Once you complete this,  you will get an email from us stating that we received your request and you will be carefully considered. You will be contacted when a project comes up that you qualify for. We recommend that you include a detailed description of the position you would like to be considered for. This will help the hiring process go much smoother and faster.
